1. Bookings and Payments
- All driving lessons must be booked and confirmed in advance.
- Full payment must be made within 24 hours of booking; otherwise, the booking will be considered invalid.
- Lesson and package prices are available on our website or official price list and are subject to change without prior notice (this does not affect lessons already paid for).
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If a student cancels a lesson within 24 hours of the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.
- If a student requests to reschedule a lesson at least 48 hours in advance, they may either book another date free of charge or receive a full refund.
- If the instructor has to cancel a lesson for any reason (e.g., illness, vehicle issue, or unforeseen circumstances), the student is entitled to either reschedule the lesson or receive a full refund.
3. Lesson Duration and Attendance
- Each lesson starts at the scheduled time, regardless of whether the student is ready.
- If the instructor must drive due to the student not being ready (e.g., late arrival, pickup required), that time counts as part of the lesson.
- If the student is more than 15 minutes late, the instructor reserves the right to cancel the lesson without refund.
4. Vehicle Use
- The instructor reserves the right not to provide a school vehicle for the driving test if the student has not demonstrated sufficient readiness or has not passed a mock test.
- If a student wishes to use their own car for a lesson, the vehicle must be roadworthy, insured, taxed, and reasonably clean inside.
- If the car is not clean or safe, the instructor may refuse to conduct the lesson and retain 50% of the lesson fee.
5. Safety and Conduct
- Students must comply with all Irish road traffic laws.
- The instructor may terminate a lesson immediately if they believe the student is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that impair driving ability. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- The instructor and driving school accept no liability for fines, penalties, or damages incurred as a result of the student’s actions.
6. Communication and Data Protection
- All personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations and used only for the purpose of providing driving instruction services.
- Official communication will take place via email, text message, or phone using the contact details provided by the student.
7. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
8. Amendments
- The driving school reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- The latest version will always be available on the official website and applies to all future bookings.
9. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking a lesson, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
